We hope the following information will help enhance your experience at Purebeauty Salon & Spa. Once you have had an opportunity to review our spa etiquette in preparation for your visit, please feel free to inquire further with any of our staff, who will be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated. We ask that you please arrive a minimum of fifteen minutes prior to the commencement of your service, which will allow adequate time to check in, complete our lifestyle consultation form, and relax prior to your service. We understand that on occasion a situation may arise resulting in a late arrival, and although we will do everything we can to accommodate you, to avoid any disruption to other guests, we may have to shorten the requested service or reschedule your appointment.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We ask that you provide 24-hours notice of any individual appointment cancellation, and 48-hours notice when cancelling a group booking. We reserve the right to charge for any service when guests do not provide notice, and miss a scheduled appointment.

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, cash and debit cards.

IS GRATUITY INCLUDED?

Gratuity is not included in our prices, and is appreciated, but at your discretion.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR DURING A SERVICE?

Our staff will accommodate any privacy concerns you may have, so please inquire at our front desk about any special clothing requirements for your scheduled appointment. W

WHERE DO I STORE MY PERSONAL ITEMS DURING A SCHEDULED SERVICE?

We recommend that you secure all personal items during your time with us in the change room storage lockers provided. Purebeauty Salon & Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

CAN I USE MY CELL PHONE IN THE SPA?

To preserve our relaxing full service spa environment, we kindly ask that you please refrain from cell phone use while visiting our spa facilities.

HOW CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD?

Give the gift of pampering with a Purebeauty Salon & Spa gift card. Choose from a variety of services, treatments, and packages, or simply choose a dollar amount to let the lucky recipient customize their experience.

CAN A GIFT CARD BE APPLIED TOWARDS A DIFFERENT SERVICE OR PACKAGE?

Yes, if you have received a gift card for a particular service and are interested in modifying your guest experience, the value of the gift card can be applied towards any other service or purchase of interest.

Absolutely, we specialize in creating memorable experiences with your friends, clients and coworkers. We offer customized packages designed for groups of any size.
